Scope and operator
Pufflino is a brand of PUFFIN PICTURES, registered in Singapore on 25 June 2025. This policy covers pufflino.com and invite-related correspondence. The public site does not host generation tools, user accounts, payments, or product uploads. Any private platform has to provide notices appropriate to its actual data practices.
Information you choose to send
The invite form asks for your name, email, country or region, creator or business type, public channel or website URL, and creative goals. Followers and engagement are optional. Entries remain in the page until you leave or reload; the website code does not save them in a database or browser storage. Preparing an email hands the text to your email application. We receive it only if you send it. The copy option writes the application to your clipboard if permitted.
Why we use application information
We use submitted information to assess programme fit, review the public work you link, communicate about the application, and discuss suitable next steps. Applying is not consent to unrelated marketing. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or private audience records. Please include only information needed for this review.
Technical information and providers
The intended host is Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security providers may process your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the website. Technical logging depends on the deployed configuration. The site uses system fonts and locally hosted assets; it includes no application analytics or advertising trackers. Your email provider and ours process correspondence when you send an application.
Disclosure and international processing
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, security, and application handling, or disclosed where required by law. Providers may operate outside Singapore. Provider arrangements and any transfers must meet applicable requirements. This site does not sell application information. See Cloudflare’s privacy information for its provider practices.
Retention and security
Applications and correspondence should be kept only as long as needed for review, follow-up, and applicable legal or business requirements. No fixed retention period is represented here. Contact us to ask about information we hold or request deletion where applicable. We use proportionate safeguards, but email and online services cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and enquiries
For access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion requests where applicable, or privacy complaints, email support@pufflino.com with the subject “Privacy enquiry”. We may need proportionate verification and some requests may be subject to legal exceptions. Withdrawing application-related consent may prevent us from continuing the review. Do not attach identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.
