An expression of interest
The public application is an expression of interest in the creative platform, creator network / MCN programme, or both. It does not create network membership, exclusivity, representation, channel management, or a paid contract.
Eligibility and review
We prioritise KOCs, KOLs, YouTubers, and TikTok creators with authentic engagement, consistent content, and programme fit. No fixed public follower threshold is promised. Provide accurate information and public work you are authorised to share. Programme agreements are intended for adults aged 18 or older or a duly authorised business representative.
Independent programme
Pufflino is independent. This website makes no claim of YouTube, Google, or TikTok endorsement, official certification, or partnership. Platform names identify where applicants publish. We do not guarantee monetisation eligibility, account recovery, audience growth, revenue, brand deals, or access to platform features.
Separate agreements come first
Before joining or granting channel permissions, review a written agreement covering the specific services, fees or revenue share, ownership, licences, responsibilities, exclusivity if any, term, termination, and payment arrangements. You are not agreeing to those provisions by applying.
Channel ownership and security
The application does not transfer content ownership or grant account access. Never send channel passwords, two-factor codes, payment credentials, or identity documents in the form. Any future permissions must use an appropriate platform-supported process and be limited to agreed purposes.
Content and commercial work
Creators remain responsible for rights, accurate representations, sponsorship disclosures, and platform rules. Campaign deliverables, approval steps, revisions, usage rights, and compensation must be agreed for each engagement. Synthetic reviews must not be misrepresented as genuine experience.
