CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. BETTER CONNECTIONS.

Content & AI Policy

Useful creative should also be honest, authorised, and responsible.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Scope

These principles describe the intended use of Pufflino creative workflows. The public site does not generate or accept uploaded media. Any future platform use is subject to its applicable operational terms, provider restrictions, and relevant law.

Use material you have rights to

Use product images, trademarks, music, likenesses, scripts, and footage only when you have the necessary rights or permissions. Do not use AI to impersonate someone, clone a voice, or create a deceptive endorsement without appropriate authorisation.

Keep ads and reviews truthful

Check factual claims, product features, pricing, health or performance statements, and visual accuracy before publishing. UGC-style does not mean a genuine customer review. Never present an invented experience or synthetic testimonial as an actual customer’s experience. Disclose sponsorship and synthetic media where required by law or platform rules.

Prohibited uses

Do not use Pufflino for scams, unlawful discrimination, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or other illegal activity. Do not produce misleading material intended to cause harm or violate a person’s privacy. Applicable model-provider safety restrictions also apply.

Human review and rights

AI outputs can contain errors, visual artefacts, or similarities to existing material. Review before publication. A generated output is not automatically a guarantee of copyright ownership, exclusivity, commercial clearance, or acceptance by an advertising platform. Rights and usage conditions depend on the relevant agreements and model terms.
